Download material is intended for non-commercial (not for profit/resale) use only at ONE church (physical place of worship), the details of which are registered at the time of purchase. Subject to these terms and conditions, your church’s use covers the right to make the specified number of copies, perform the work, use the associated words in projected images for acts of worship and include material on recordings of services made for use by that church’s members only.
Your purchase price includes the right for your church to make the following number of copies: sheet music/drama scripts/training materials/prayers & liturgy 10 copies, MP3 audio files 1 copy only. Use multiple purchases for more copies: please contact us for a specific quote on larger purchases (over 50 copies) or to make enquiries for commercial use (contact paul@heartnotes.org.uk).
Under no circumstances may material be re-sold or used outside the registered church. As Christians we ask you respect these terms and do not make more copies than you paid for.
All copies made should be true copies of the whole work in the same form as that provided electronically, including all copyright and web distribution notices e.g. © 2005, Paul Barnsley, Web distribution www.heartnotes.org.uk
To assist with CCL listings, details of your church, the recipients name, address, postcode and e-mail are required. This data is stored under Heart Notes Data Protection Registration Number Z799668X and may be shared with authors and other Christian organisations.
The purchaser agrees to indemnify Heart Notes against any infringement of the licence terms for which they are responsible. You must accept these terms and conditions before downloads will be provided.
All parties providing material for sale are deemed to accept these download terms.
